FastStone Image Viewer is a free software for managing your images and photos. In my opinion, it has basic function of ACDSee and better User Interface than IrfanView.

- Free of charge for home user (freeware), you don't need to find the serial
- Has almost all basic photo management
- Has some basic editing functions, including red eye correction
- Has skin options

The options are somehow difficult to understand. You'll need some "trial and error" to meet your preference.

Tips
Turn off the thumbnail database option if you don't want the program to use more of your hard disk space.
